Introspeksi Kecil

antibodi vs patogen
Idealnya,higienis atau bersih itu perlu. Tapi, jika hal itu dilakukan terlalu berlebihan, maka akan menghasilkan dampak negatifnya juga. Kita memang sudah sewajarnya menjaga kesehatan tubuh kita dan daya tahan tubuh. Daya tahan tubuh tersebut terkadang membutuhkan pemicu (pentrigger) untuk bisa terjaga dengan baik, salahsatunya dengan adanya virus/bakteri (patogen) sehingga antibodi yang ada dalam tubuh terlatih untuk melawan nya. Jika hampir tidak pernah ada patogen yang masuk dalam tubuh, maka tubuh kita akan menjadi lemah dan “manja” karena tak terbiasa menghadapi “zat asing” yang masuk ke dalam tubuh, dan ketika suatu saat tiba-tiba ada patogen yang masuk ke dalam tubuh, tubuh akan “kaget” dan kelabakan menghadapi patogen tersebut.
Namun tidak berarti kita tidak perlu menjaga kebersihan dan kehigienisan dari apa yang kita konsumsi. Hanya, dalam porsi yang sewajarnya..
Kesimpulan : Segala sesuatu yang berlebihan itu memang tidak baik :)
*Ini hanya coretan iseng dari pemikiran yang tiba-tiba muncul saat saya mencuci sayuran untuk dimasak. hehe
